Gut Sarnow comprises three large meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology. A light colour palette, high ceilings with wood beams, and floors made of clinker brick, lend the rustic conference room inside the “Seminarhaus” a special ambience. The “Gutshaus” accommodates two more conference rooms with large windows for lots of daylight and a fantastic view of the paddock.  As a family-operated business in the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve we attach great importance to sustainability issues.  We take responsible steps to leave the smallest ecological footprint and especially strive to protect flora and fauna. Therefore, we do not resort to conventional energy sources, but have gradually converted the estate to harness solar energy, and use photovoltaic technology, and a wood chip heating system.

Our hotel rooms allow guests to rest quietly and soundly while leaving the windows open. The hotel accommodates 40 French country-style guest rooms to be used as either single or double rooms. We also have two comfortably furnished holiday apartments. The restaurant patio and spacious conservatory provide a marvellous view of the paddocks and adjoining forest. Dishes are prepared using fresh regional produce. The hotel’s staff ensure professional service throughout the duration of your event and are happy to satisfy individual wishes.
