Gut Sarnow has three large meeting rooms, all equipped with modern conference technology. Natural, light colours, a high ceiling with wooden beams and a floor made of old clinker bricks give the rustic meeting room in the seminar house its special ambience. The manor house houses two further conference rooms, which let plenty of daylight into the rooms through their large windows and offer a lovely view of the paddocks.

Sustainability is a key priority for our family-run business in the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Over the past few years, we have gradually converted Gut Sarnow to the use of solar energy, photovoltaics and a wood chip heating system.

In our hotel rooms, you can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep with the window open. The hotel has 40 rooms, which can be used as either single or double rooms and are furnished in a French country house style. We also have two comfortably furnished holiday flats. The restaurant’s terrace and the large conservatory offer a magnificent view over the paddocks and the surrounding woodland. The kitchen uses fresh, seasonal produce from the region. From traditional to modern dishes, vegan and gluten-free options are available. The hotel’s service team ensures professional support before and during your event and is happy to cater to individual requests.

At Gut Sarnow, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy activities between training sessions or presentations. For example, a sporting team-building event with archery, horse riding at our own stables, climbing at the nearby Schorfheide climbing forest, geocaching, a guided forest walk with a forester, or a leisurely boat trip on Lake Werbellin. Take part in a yoga, qigong or Pilates session in the YOJO room and relax with a guided meditation. Horse-assisted therapy and burnout and stress coaching are also available. Together with its partners, the team at Gut Sarnow organises a wide variety of team-building activities and events across the extensive grounds.
