With 700 square metres, it offers space for events of all kinds.  The Schinkelhalle is connected to the light-flooded art space. It is possible to rent it exclusively. The Schirrhof (open-air), which is located directly in front of the Schinkelhalle and the Kunstraum, offers an additional area of 3,500 square metres. With the neighbouring Waschhaus-Arena, a further 700 square metres of event space are available. Depending on the size of the event and its availability, additional rooms and outdoor areas of the Schiffbauergasse can be rented.
