Moderation of workshops and seminars

You want to concentrate completely on your teambuilding process and hand over the moderation to someone experienced and impartial, who will focus on your topics again and again and who will hold on to your goals and not lose sight of them. With experienced trainers of TeamImpuls GbR and the location in the Kletterwald Bad Saarow we offer you the possibility to experience teambuilding from a completely different side. Apprentice training

The promotion of our junior staff and the securing of skilled workers is gaining more and more importance. With our experienced trainers of TeamImpuls GbR and the extraordinary location in Bad Saarow we will strengthen the identification of your trainees with the company and the communicative skills in outdoor and active exercises and shape the cohesion.

Raft building

A raft building activity on the Scharmützelsee near Berlin is an unforgettable event. Together as a team you will build one or more rafts from ropes, floats and different types of wood. These can be designed individually and creatively or must all be built "identically" in defined time periods. Depending on whether the focus is on fun and good humor or the raft building is used as an outdoor team training component, we create an individual concept for you. But the raft regatta at the end is definitely part of it.

Orientation tours

Radio orientation tours on land and water through the beautiful surroundings of Bad Saarow, just outside Berlin. Who can lead and who can be led? It is not easy to rely on the other in the deep forest. With detailed instructions, which are also "followed", all teams reach the common goal. Telephone, map, compasses and GPS devices help on the way. On the way there are still tricky puzzles and tasks to solve, but "together" the team manages the challenge.

Teamchallenge

As a stand-alone event or as a supporting program for your seminar, as an active break in a conference or as a warm-up for a productive meeting, the building blocks of the team challenge are also very well suited for company or Christmas parties to spread new energy and spirit. Due to many small actions and a wide range of possibilities, our team challenge can be carried out in the Kletterwald Bad Saarow or at your location. Whether during a break or as a team action lasting several hours, many things are conceivable and feasible.

Christmas parties

At TeamImpuls you will experience your ultimate active Christmas party, whether wild at the Robber Christmas, eventful at the search for the Saarow Christmas cookies or romantic at the torchlight hike at the Scharmützelsee. Archery, climbing or Christmas cooking on an open fire - there is a suitable program for every character and every budget. Gladly according to your individual wishes and with your suggestions.

Climb the team course

"Should I go up there?" is often the first thing participants say when they stand in front of the tangle of ropes on our high ropes elements in the Kletterwald Bad Saarow. But under the expert instruction and after the safety check of our trained instructors, everyone is happy to dare to go up. Whether on the wobbly "Swinging Steps", shimmying in the "Giant Ladder" or during the courageous walk over the swinging "Multivine" - here everyone feels the challenge and the adrenaline in the veins! Only together does the team manage to cross the "team wall", which at first seems insurmountable, to conquer the "mohawkwalk", or to master the "low rope course" with trembling legs. The wow feeling of this personal triumph, and the awareness of being able to create incredible things together as a team, remain in the consciousness for a long time.

Wild cuisine as a team cook

Our "Wild Kitchen" is a classic team cooking. Everyone participates and is jointly responsible for the successful dish. Under expert guidance, you conjure up a delicious menu together and then enjoy it.
Local ingredients are more important to us than exotic ingredients from remote parts of the world. But not the way of preparation and the recipes, there we like to be inspired by "far away countries". We are happy to help with the menu selection - the whole team is responsible for the preparation.
At our cozy fireplaces, either at the Ten-Tipi or in our forest ruin, there is room to enjoy a glass of wine, to chat with colleagues or business clients or to watch the play of the flames.
